The CIA - A New History?

The Washington Post and the NYTimes report that the CIA will finally release the family jewels.

Roger Morris gives us a preview of what to expect in his retrospective on Robert Gates, Part 1 and Part 2 of a 3 part series.

Boris Ryvkin has his perspective on Putin and the US misstep of the Czech/Polish "missile shield", with links to the earlier
Henry Kissinger and BK Bhadrakumar pieces.

And at Los Alamos National Laboratory they still pretend the Cold War was not a US fabrication, although the House does not. Perhaps they never heard of the late Franklyn Holzman, or Team B.

Hopefully the Senate Appropriations Committee will not restore this silliness.
